If you are not satisfied with your online purchase simply return the item in its original, unused condition, (including all original packaging and tags) within 14 days for a full refund less shipping costs. A credit will be issued if the item is returned between 15-30 days. Items that qualified for free shipping will incur the $7.95 shipping charge if returned. Once we receive your return, we will credit the appropriate account within 10 business days. We will inform you via e-mail when the refund is complete.
