It could be your period is just a drop overdue or not even expected for another few weeks, but you just have a feeling that something is cooking. The only way to be sure very early on, is to produce a a positive pregnancy test. Some women might experience one or many of these early pregnancy symptoms and some will not experience themat all. What are these early pregnancy signs and symptoms?
Tender breasts and nipples. Many women feel an achy tender feeling in their breasts right before their period arrives, but now, the pain will be ten times worse. Tender, swollen, tingly, and sensitive are just to name a few of the feelings you might have.. Bad news is that as the pregnancy progresses it can get much worse.
Darkening areolas. The areola is the circle around your nipples. An early sign of pregnancy is that your areolas darken and may even enlarge in diameter.
Sensitivity towards smell. You may be pregnant if all of a sudden different smells are beginning to bother you. Many women say that this is their first pregnancy symptom.
Spotting. Some, but not all, women experience spotting at the time when the embryo implants itself into the uterus. This spotting will occur around 5 to 10 days after conception and will probably be like a pinkish color.
Bloating. Feeling a little bloated these days? That bloated feeling can come very early on in pregnancy but it’s usually hard to differentiate between pre-period bloating and pregnancy bloating. You can thank your hormones for this bloating.
Frequent urinating. Many pregnant women feel that the bathroom has become their new best friend. This symptom usually comes fairly early on and lasts the whole way through.
Fatigue. You just always feel exhausted. Complete lack of energy. As you progress through pregnancy this draining feeling will get worse and worse.
Nausea. Another reason why your bathroom is your best friend these days. Nausea and vomiting can strike a woman pretty early on in pregnancy but may occur around 6 weeks after conception.
Missed Period. Probably stating the obvious but if you missed a period, especially if it usually runs like clockwork, then it’s a pretty good chance you are pregnant!
