If
you are not satisfied with your
purchase simply return the item
in its original, unused condition
(including all original packaging
and tags) within 14 days from
the day you receive your order,
for a full refund less shipping
costs.
An
online credit will be issued
if the item is returned between
15-30 days.
Items
that qualified for free shipping
will incur the $8.95 shipping
charge if returned. Once we
receive your return, we will
credit the appropriate amount
within 10 business days. We
will inform you via email when
the refund is complete.

are your shipping costs?
Standard
shipping charges are $8.95.
Express shipping charges $21.95.

can I qualify for free shipping?
All
orders $50 or more qualify
for free shipping.

I exchange a gift?
Exchanging
a gift is free! To exchange
a gift, simply send the item
back to us and specify what
item (and color) you want. Please
be sure that the item is in
its original, unused condition.

we do not charge sales tax on
any of our items.
