What is your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return the item in its original, unused condition (including all original packaging and tags) within 14 days from the day you receive your order, for a full refund less shipping costs.

An online credit will be issued if the item is returned between 15-30 days.

Items that qualified for free shipping will incur the $8.95 shipping charge if returned. Once we receive your return, we will credit the appropriate amount within 10 business days. We will inform you via email when the refund is complete.

What are your shipping costs?

Standard shipping charges are $8.95. Express shipping charges $21.95.

How can I qualify for free shipping?

All orders $50 or more qualify for free shipping.

Can I exchange a gift?

Exchanging a gift is free! To exchange a gift, simply send the item back to us and specify what item (and color) you want. Please be sure that the item is in its original, unused condition.

How fast can you ship?

All our orders ship within 2-3 business days.

Do you ship outside the US ?

Please contact us for an international shipping quote. We can ship to most countries; however, shipping charges will vary depending on the location.

What carrier do you ship your items with?

All our domestic packages ship via FedEx and USPS.

My order arrived damaged. How can I take care of this?

At Lilo Maternity, we aim to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If the item arrived damaged simply contact us so we can arrange a speedy exchange.

How can I care for my purchase?

Each of our items requires different care. Care instructions are found on the tag of the merchandise.

Do you charge tax?

No, we do not charge sales tax on any of our items.

How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, simply click on the account tab and enter your Order ID and Email Address.
